We’ve kept it simple – just follow the steps below: start with the Christmas Roast Sides & Sauces Box, add the meats you fancy, or choose a Complete Christmas Feast and have it all done for you.

Christmas Roast Sides & Sauces Box (Frozen)

All your Christmas roast trimmings in one box.

Includes:

  • Creamy potato bake
  • Honey roasted carrot and parsnip
  • Rosemary roasted veg (potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, red onion)

Choose one, two or all three – glazed ham, roast eye fillet beef and herb roasted turkey breast. Each one is fully cooked, snap-frozen and ready to finish in the oven at home.

  • Glazed Ham – Finish at Home

    Leg ham on the bone, scored and glazed, baked until golden then snap-frozen. Defrost, carve and serve cold or warm gently in the oven with extra glaze. Sizes for 4–6 and 8–10 people.

  • Roast Eye Fillet Beef – Finish at Home

    Tender beef roast cooked low and slow for even doneness, then frozen. Defrost, pat dry and finish in a hot oven or pan for 10–15 minutes, rest and slice. Sizes for 4–6 and 8–10 people.

  • Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

    Boneless turkey breast rubbed with herbs, garlic, lemon and butter. Fully cooked and snap-frozen. Defrost, bake for 20–30 minutes to warm through and brown, rest and slice. Sizes for 4–6 and 8–10 people.

Delivery and pickup options

Frozen delivery – courier only

All Christmas frozen orders are pre-orders and will be sent on our Christmas courier runs in the week leading up to Christmas. For most areas, boxes will be dispatched close to Christmas. Some regional and North QLD routes, such as Hervey Bay and surrounding areas, can take up to 7–8 days in transit. For those locations we may dispatch earlier so your box still arrives in time. We’ll allocate your order to the best dispatch date for your area and confirm this by email.

Your box will arrive fully cooked and frozen in insulated packaging – pop everything straight into the freezer on arrival and keep frozen until you’re ready to defrost and finish.

Fresh Coomera pickup – Christmas week

If you’re local, you can choose fresh Christmas pickup from Coomera instead. These orders are cooked fresh just before Christmas, packed chilled (not frozen) and ready for pickup on the 23rd of December from our Coomera kitchen. They’re designed to be finished and served on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

Christmas pre-order

All Christmas products are pre-orders sent in our Christmas delivery window. If your order includes any Christmas items, your whole order will be held and shipped in this window. If you’d like meals earlier in December, please order from our regular frozen range instead and place your Christmas order as a separate order.

Christmas ordering FAQ

Are the Christmas meats and sides fresh or frozen?

Our Christmas meats, sides and sauces are fully cooked and then snap-frozen for courier delivery. If you’re local to Coomera, you can also choose a fresh pickup option, where your order is cooked just before Christmas, packed chilled (not frozen) and picked up on the 23rd of December.

Q: Will my Christmas order arrive before Christmas if I live in regional or North QLD?

Yes. Some regional and North QLD routes, such as Hervey Bay and surrounding areas, can take up to 7–8 days in transit. For those locations we may dispatch earlier so your box still arrives in time. We’ll allocate your order to the best dispatch date for your area and confirm this by email.

Can I get the fresh Christmas menu delivered?

No. Fresh Christmas orders are pickup only from Coomera on the 23rd of December. If you need delivery, please choose the frozen Christmas options instead.

How long do I need to defrost things?

As a guide: large hams and big roasts need 24–48 hours in the fridge; smaller roasts and trays of sides need around 24 hours. Your box will include a simple Christmas Finishing Guide with defrost and reheating instructions for each item.

Do you cater for gluten free?

Our pan gravy is gluten free, and many of our meats and sides are naturally gluten free. If you have specific dietary requirements, please get in touch and we can help you choose the best options for you.

What happens if I add Christmas items to my usual frozen order?

If your order includes any Christmas items, your whole order will be held and shipped in our Christmas delivery window. If you’d like your usual frozen meals delivered sooner, please place your Christmas order as a separate order and use our regular frozen range for earlier deliveries.

Can you deliver my Christmas order earlier in December?

No. All Christmas products are pre-orders tied to our Christmas delivery window. We may dispatch some regional and North QLD orders a little earlier to allow for longer transit times, but we’re not able to send Christmas items on request for earlier dates. If you need meals earlier in December, please order from our regular frozen range instead.
