Browse our range of homestyle frozen meals — everything from roasts and risottos to curries, pastas, and soups.
No subscriptions. No contracts. Just pick what you feel like.

🧊 2. We Cook, Chill & Freeze

All meals are made in small batches in our Gold Coast kitchen, using over 90% Australian ingredients.
They’re cooked fresh, snap-frozen, and sealed in microwave-safe containers — ready when you are.

📦 3. We Pack & Send

Orders close each Monday at 12pm.
We pack and ship every order in chilled courier boxes from Thursday onward, depending on your delivery location.

• QLD: Delivery from Thursday
• NSW & VIC: Delivery from Friday or later

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your box is on the move.

🏠 4. You Heat & Eat

Meals arrive frozen and can go straight into your freezer.
When you're ready, just pop them in the microwave and dinner’s sorted in minutes.
