Welcome to Open Sauce Kitchen.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order & Delivery

  • Orders close Monday at 12pm (AEST) each week.

  • Orders are dispatched from Thursday onward, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries are made to addresses across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC using a frozen courier service.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the box.

2. Product Information

  • All meals are prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen and are delivered frozen.

  • Ingredients, allergens and heating instructions are clearly listed on each product label.

  • Meals remain safe in frozen transit packaging for up to 24 hours from dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • Payment must be made at the time of checkout.

  • Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after the cut-off (Monday 12pm).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • If meals are damaged or not delivered, please contact us immediately and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
