Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any meals that have left our kitchen. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

If your order arrives damaged, partially thawed, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll either refund the affected item(s) or offer a credit toward your next order.

To request a refund or credit:

  • Email us at hello@opensaucekitchen.com.au with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once approved.

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Meals ordered in error

  • Orders not collected or missed during delivery

  • Customer change of mind
