All your Christmas roast trimmings in one box – creamy potato bake, roast veg, greens, gravy, ham glaze and cranberry sauce. Fully cooked and snap-frozen, ready to reheat.

Each Christmas Roast Sides & Sauces Box (Frozen) includes:

Hot sides

• Creamy potato bake – sliced potatoes baked in a rich, cheesy cream sauce, ready to reheat until golden and bubbling.
• Honey roasted carrots & parsnips – sweet and sticky with honey, olive oil and a touch of salt.
• Rosemary roasted veg – potato, pumpkin and sweet potato roasted with red onion and rosemary.
• Green beans with garlic & flaked almonds – bright, garlicky greens finished with toasted almonds for crunch.

Sauces & extras

• Pan gravy (gluten free) – rich, savoury gravy made from real stock, ready to heat and pour.
• Ham glaze – a little extra of our house glaze so you can brush and warm your ham at home if you like.
• Cranberry sauce – gently spiced cranberry sauce to serve with turkey.

All items are fully cooked in our Coomera kitchen, then snap-frozen.
Keep everything in the freezer, then:

1. Defrost in the fridge
2. Reheat trays in the oven until piping hot
3. Warm the sauces and serve alongside your ham, turkey or beef

Delivery & pickup
Available as a frozen box for courier delivery leaving our kitchen on Wednesday 18 December, or fresh and ready for pickup from Coomera on Monday 23 December. See our Christmas page for full delivery details.
