Glazed Ham – Finish at Home (Christmas)

Leg ham on the bone, scored and glazed, baked until golden then snap-frozen. Defrost, carve and serve cold or warm gently in the oven.

A proper glazed Christmas ham, without spending hours basting in a hot kitchen.

We start with a quality leg ham, score the fat, stud with cloves and bake it with our house pineapple and brown sugar glaze until it’s burnished and golden. Once cooked, it’s chilled and snap-frozen, ready for you to finish at home.

At home you can:

• Serve cold: Defrost, carve and serve straight from the fridge, or
• Serve warm: Brush with extra glaze, warm gently in the oven and bring to the table whole for carving

What you get:

• Glazed leg ham on the bone (size depends on variant)
• Extra pot of ham glaze to brush on before warming, if you like
• Simple defrost and warming instructions

Everything is fully cooked and snap-frozen – you just defrost, warm (if desired) and carve.
