Herb Roasted Turkey Breast – Finish at Home (Christmas)

Herb Roasted Turkey Breast – Finish at Home (Christmas)

Boneless turkey breast rubbed with herb, garlic, lemon and butter, cooked gently then snap-frozen. Defrost, bake to warm and brown, rest and slice.

All the flavour of Christmas turkey, none of the stress of wrestling a whole bird.

We take boneless turkey breast, rub it with herb, garlic, lemon and butter, then cook it gently so it stays moist and tender. Once cooked, it’s chilled and snap-frozen, ready for you to finish in the oven at home.

At home you:

  1. Defrost in the fridge
  2. Brush with a little butter or oil
  3. Bake for around 20–30 minutes to warm through and brown
  4. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with cranberry sauce

As a guide, our Small turkey breast (~1.2 kg) will:

  • Serve around 4–6 people as the main meat, or
  • Serve around 8–10 people when you also have ham and/or beef on the table.

The Large turkey breast will comfortably serve 8–10 as the main meat, or 10–12 alongside other meats.

What you get:

  • Herb roasted turkey breast roast (size depends on variant)
  • Simple defrost and finishing instructions
