Sweet potato and caramelised onion Quiche (Gluten Free)

Cubes of lightly roasted sweet potato paired with caramelised onion makes for a such a comforting quiche flavour baked in our free-range egg custard. I think this will become a new gluten free favourite.

Thickened Cream (Milk), Eggs, Sweet potato, Puff pastry (Gluten Free, Milk), Onion, Feta (Milk), Olive oil, Salt, Cracked black pepper
