Sweet potato and caramelised onion Quiche

Cubes of lightly roasted sweet potato paired with caramelised onion makes for a such a comforting quiche flavour baked in our free range egg custard. I think this will become a new favourite.

Ingredients:

Thickened Cream (Milk), Eggs, Sweet potato, Puff pastry (Wheat, Milk), Onion, Feta (Milk), Olive oil, Salt, Cracked black pepper
