Pumpkin Lasagna features a beautiful pumpkin puree, topped with a ricotta layer with a touch of spinach and gratings of nutmeg that add to its flavour and aroma boost. It's then topped with mozzarella and ready for you to bake at home until golden brown. We use Gluten free lasagna sheets to make this one gluten free as well.
