Honey Roasted Carrots & Parsnips – Christmas Side

Carrots and parsnips peeled, cut and roasted with honey, olive oil and a little thyme until caramelised at the edges.

A bright, slightly sweet side that works beautifully with ham, beef or turkey. Fully cooked and supplied chilled or frozen – just reheat on a tray until hot.

Approximate sizes:
• 4–6 people: ~600 g
• 8–10 people: ~1.0 kg
