Green Beans with Garlic & Almonds – Christmas Side

Green beans blanched until just tender, then tossed with garlic butter and toasted flaked almonds.

A fresher, lighter green side that balances out the richer dishes on the table. Fully cooked and supplied chilled or frozen – just warm gently to serve (don’t overcook, they’re best still bright and a little crisp).

Approximate sizes:
• 4–6 people: ~500 g
• 8–10 people: ~800 g
