Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara

By request from one of our wonderful customers. Spaghetti Carbonara. 

Traditionally, this classic Italian dish isn't made with cream - it uses fresh eggs to get that wonderful creaminess plus loads of parmesan to help thicken the sauce! 

However, both my daughter (who is allergic to eggs!) and this customer both like the creamy version - so today we have our non-traditional, Creamy Spaghetti Carbonara!

 

Ingredients

Milk, Spaghetti pasta (Wheat), Thickened Cream (Milk), Bacon, Parmesan (Milk),  Parsley, Salt, Cracked black pepper
