Coconut Chickpea Curry

This is a relatively simple curry that gives more of a flavour bomb than you would expect! Healthy and filling because of the chickpeas, spicy from the paprika, cumin and then with the addition of cayenne pepper for a bit of a kick. Add a dollop of your fave yoghurt and a squeeze of lime juice to round it out. Served on a bed of rice to make it a full meal.
