Melinda's Apple & Rhubarb Cake (Gluten Free)

This one is for my sister - who loves cake but always misses out because they are never gluten free!

Delicious apple and rhubarb mini loaf can be eaten as a cold treat, but it is even better heated and enjoyed with custard. 

Ingredients: Apple, Self raising flour (GF), Eggs, Rhubarb, Brown sugar, Nuttelex.
