When I lived in Italy I learned a few things, one was that this is not how Italians make Bolognese! The other was that food slowly and lovingly cooked tastes a million times better. This is our 24 hour slow cooked Bolognese Sauce.
Our sauce is already Gluten free and now served on our favourite Gluten Free spaghetti!
Ingredients: Canned Tomatoes, Onion, Beef mince, Pork mince, Red wine, Carrots, Celery, Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce (GF), Olive oil, Beef bouillon cube (GF), Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Cracked black pepper, Dried bay leaves, Thyme, Pasta (Gluten Free)
