Shepherds Pie

Comfort Food Central! This is the lamb-based version of a classic Cottage Pie which is made with Beef mince. I remember it is shepherd's pie with lamb because shepherds look after sheep! :) This English classic has a deeply savoury lamb mince filling smothered in gravy topped with creamy mashed potato, baked until golden.
