Ratatouille

This is a heart-warming French classic meal which was popularized after the iconic movie named after it was released.  This meal consists of slowly baked end of summer vegetables like eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini in a rich red sauce. We add cannelloni beans, making it a perfect one pot meal. It is Gluten Free and Vegan and it's sure to make you and your stomach know why this meal is famous.
