🧊 Are your meals frozen or fresh?
All our meals are delivered frozen. We cook everything fresh in our Gold Coast kitchen each week, then freeze it to lock in flavour and convenience. Even our weekly specials are sent frozen — so you can enjoy them when it suits you.
📅 When do I need to order?
To receive your order this week, please order by Monday midday (12pm AEST).
Orders placed after that will roll over to the following week’s dispatch.
🚚 When will my order arrive?
We dispatch all orders via frozen courier on Thursdays and Fridays (or at a later date if you let us know in the notes).
You’ll receive tracking information the evening before your order is on its way to you.
📦 Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to most addresses across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
If you're unsure, just enter your postcode at checkout or get in touch.
🥘 What are “This Week’s Specials”?
Each week, we cook up a few seasonal meals in small batches — available to order until Monday midday.
They’re prepared fresh on Wednesday, then frozen and sent with your regular order.
You’ll find them in our This Week’s Specials collection.
❄️ How do I store and reheat the meals?
Meals should be kept frozen until you're ready to enjoy them.
Reheat directly from frozen in the microwave or oven, depending on the meal — each one comes with clear reheating instructions on the label.
💳 Can I use my NDIS or Home Care Package to order meals?
Yes! If you’re a NDIS or Home Care Package client, please place your order through our dedicated ordering portal on Cookaborough:

📬 Can I order meals in advance?
Absolutely. Stock up your freezer anytime — just make sure to order before Monday midday for delivery that week or note a future delivery date request in the order notes.
