Get ready to treat yourself to the comforting goodness of the Open Sauce Kitchen Autumn meals! We are thrilled to share this week the first of our 4 new menus, each filled with homestyle favourites and a touch of fresh inspiration. From tried-and-true family dinners to a few new taste adventures, these menus offer something for everyone and for a range of tastes. We have poured our hearts into these menus as well as quite a bit of food into our tummies as we tested them. There have been battles and the winners have been decided.

Whether you are craving savory classics or dreaming of sweet desserts, we hope you will find meals that bring back fond memories or help to create new ones.

As always, we continue to feature our favourite farm fresh seasonal produce, with the meals made to order every week so that you get a range of fresh and tasty food to keep you happy and healthy.

Week 1 - Comfort and Cheer.

Pumpkin Soup (Vegetarian, Gluten-Free)

Warm up with our creamy and velvety pumpkin soup, made with fresh, roasted pumpkin, aromatic spices, and a touch of cream. Perfect for a comforting start to your meal.

Slow Roasted Beef Ragu (Available with Gluten-Free Pasta)

Indulge in our slow-roasted beef ragu, featuring tender beef simmered in a rich tomato sauce with herbs and red wine. Served over your choice of pasta, with a gluten-free option available.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Gluten-Free)

Enjoy our succulent baked honey mustard chicken, marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce and baked on a bed of seasonal vegetables. This dish is gluten-free and packed with flavour.

Crumbed Fish with Wedges (Available in a Gluten-Free Crumb)

Crispy crumbed whiting fish fillets served with golden potato wedges. Our fish can be prepared with a gluten-free crumb upon request, ensuring everyone can enjoy this classic favorite.

Shepherd's Pie (Gluten-Free)
