
A Sweet Surprise: New Treats added to our menu
I had the pleasure of sharing a kitchen with the incredibly talented Heya from Yum Bakery. Watching her work her magic was nothing short of captivating! Though I'm far from a baker myself, I’ve always been in awe of the amazing creations she would whip up each evening after the kitchen had quietened down. From intricate food art pieces to playful, cheeky cakes for parties—her skills are absolutely inspiring. You can see some of her stunning creations on her Instagram page; trust me, they are as delicious as they look!
After months of persuasion, I’m beyond thrilled to announce that some of her mouthwatering treats are finally coming to our menu! We’re starting with her bright, zesty lemon curd tarts and her rich, indulgent chocolate brownies—absolute must-tries for anyone with a sweet tooth. Check them out in the sweets section!
For our gluten-free friends, Melinda's Gluten Free and Dairy Free Apple and Rhubarb Cake has been such a hit that she’s sending us a sample pack this week to try even more of her offerings. We’re talking gluten- and dairy-free lemon tarts and brownies—these delicious morsels will be joining the menu very soon. Stay tuned!
